Our Specialities
UPPER LIMBS SPORTS
The anatomical structure of the shoulder makes it one of the most unstable yet mobile joints. Optimal muscle activations and joint mobility form the foundation of shoulder stability and are key to optimal performance.

Based on the Kinetic Chain Model, your body needs to "coil up" — in other words, a bottom-up approach. A powerful and well-controlled lower body provides the foundation to "coil up" and transfer energy from the legs, trunk, upper back, shoulder to hand. If energy is lost at any point, athletes are more prone to injury and underperformance.
We specialise in sports involving upper limbs that require a high quality of movements. This includes adequate joint mobility and stability, extensive motor control between the upper and lower body, as well as a high level of power output.

Our Approach
A WHOLE BODY APPROACH

Assessment
Local Assessment
-
Joints Range of Motion (ROM) Assessment
-
Muscles Length and Strength Assessment

Sports Specific Movement Assessment
-
Analyse the quality of your sport specific movement pattern to identify any deficits/impairments in energy transfer that contributes to an existing injury.

Functional Performance Tests
-
Y Balance Test
-
Single Leg Squat Endurance Test
-
Triple Cross-Over Jump Test
-
Advanced Push-up Test

Treatment
Triage Your Injury
-
The severity of the injury determines the recovery plan.
-
Ranging from head concussion, fractures, dislocations, tendinopathy, impingement, pinched nerves to soft tissue strains/tears, we ensure your safe return to sports.

Pain Management
-
Settle the pain and symptoms as quickly as possible to allow you to prepare for the next training/gam

Mobility/Flexibility
-
Soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, manual therapy for radiculopathy, dry needling, taping to improve muscle flexibility, and joint mobility.

Stability and Power
-
Core retraining, single-leg or arm stability, and strengthening exercises related to sports-specific movements.

Performance Enhancement
"SEE" your improvement through relevant functional tests.
Pre- and post-functional tests help us determine your progress, adjust your training, and achieve your goals, such as:

-
More powerful tennis/badminton strokes.
-
More powerful baseball hits and pitches.
-
More powerful and consistent golf swings.
-
Lifting heavier weights.
-
Increased jump height.
-
More explosive and agile maneuvers.

Injury Prevention
Addressing the Impairments:
For example, addressing the lack of joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and strength/endurance/power through systematic strength and conditioning.

High-Quality and Cost-Effective Training with Real-Time Evaluation:
Utilising functional exercises to provide concentric, isometric, and eccentric training to improve the strength, endurance, and power required for your sports.

The better your overall body condition, the less likely the injury will happen again.
