FRACTURE & GAIT TRAINING
Suspecting a fracture?
IMMOBILISATION = BETTER REHAB
If you suspect you may have a fracture, look for the following mechanisms of injuries and symptoms for your upper body or lower body.

The more "Yes" responses you have from the listed items, the more likely you sustained a fracture. Please see a GP and get an X-ray. If it is an undisplaced fracture, we are able to provide you with a sling, splint, cast, or moon boot depending on the location.

Our physiotherapist will go through tips on taking care of the sling, splint, cast, or moon boot. However, if the fracture is more severe, surgical intervention may be required.
